Does the kitchen close at a certain time at night? (Like before closing hours and just alcoholic beverages served?)

They closed at 10pm on a Thursday in February. I think the hours may be flexible if it's really slow, although it would be a shame for them to be slow because it really is a good place from everything I've seen over the years.
