Very friendly staff, great food and henerous portions.

I have been going to Darb's for over 40 years,--one of my favorite places to eat. They have the best burgers and taco salad!

First time I was there. Had fish and chips, maybe I should have order a hamburger. Wasn't that good.

This is a great tavern. The outside is deceivingly small, but the inside is surprisingly roomy. They offer great food with excellent service. Highly recommended.

9 women in this party and everyone liked their food. Lots to choose from around the $10 range. Good daily specials even on drinks. Beautiful wood interior. If say I liked it. I liked it allot. Lol

I have visited Darb's Tavern 2 years in a row with a large group of swimmers and their parents. The wait staff is very organized and the owner jumps in to help with anything and everything. They are very focused on providing great customer service. Oh, and the food is good too!

Really nice place for a beer or a meal,food was really good staff is nice, all the games on several TVs.

Bit larger than Mason. Great parking if you can get lucky. Good service and food.

Good food. I like the Mexican dishes especially but it's all good. The knotty pine wood paneling on the inside gives the whole place a great retro clubhouse/roadhouse feel. It must have been built in the 40s and it looks like it has barely changed since. This is exactly the kind of bar I think of when I think of Michigan.

Good food and good specials. Had lunch here on 2/25. Our server Melissa was one of the best servers I have ever had. The chicken bacon ranch stromboli was very very tasty.

Good service. Wait staff is friendly and takes care of you. Food is mostly homemade. Enchiladas, pizza, fish, triple decker sandwich are good. Very laid-back, casual place.

My daughter and I came here after going to the Gun Show at the Ingham County Fairgrounds. Neither of us know anything about restaurants, bars, or places to go in Mason. We "Googled" places to eat around Mason, MI and this was highly rated and sounded interesting. We are both very much into eating and dining at the "Mom & Pop" establishments, as opposed to the national chain restaurants. The food was delicious and the burgers were done to perfection! Pricing was average for typical "Pub" fare. The Beer-battered Onion Rings, and the homestyle kettle chips were great. We both would like to recommend this place for anyone who enjoys good food and a nice atmosphere.

Very cool local watering hole, with friendly staff. watch out for the cops hiding around this area, they seem to stake this place out. I know multiple people that has gotten pulled over right after leaving this parking lot. Yeah they were drinking which is their fault I know. But if the cops set up on this place that is not cool.

The pizza here is really good and I enjoy I small bar feeling.

Mexican and burgers there are really good. Place is great to be since it went smoke free. My favorite place in Mason to eat, you wont be disappointed with the food :)

It was like an icebox inside of there! And we waited in that icebox for an hour for one pizza. Luckily the pizza was very good or I'd give one star.

Great food, you can tell it's made with love. We're from Illinois on vacay and decided to stop in and it was packed. The waitresses were hustling and did a great job taking care of us, wish I could leave her name but we forgot to ask. All 3 of us got burgers and fries and honey garlic chicken wings which were outstanding (though by looking at everyone else's food everything looks good there). Awesome place, clean, nice staff and all around inviting it's worth a stop!

Great little small town bar. We got served promptly an with a smile. Super friendly wait staff and quick to refill your drink. The head bartender Cass is a delight and runs her servers with efficiency. Come here for the real hole in the wall experience. Perfect little ho.e town bar.

Was there always loved the atmosphere but after eating there tonight I will not be returning . Me and two friends got sick from the food, food was over cooked and not what was asked for , management told me they couldn't do anything for me. And the discount wasn't worth it being as food was over Done. I'm honestly disgusted at how long I had to wait for my waitress to return, and this is coming from someone that has been going here for many years . Prices are outrageous never were that high a few months ago . If I could I'd give it zero stars.

When i think of Darb's i think about it being late at night (12/1am) and going for a quick yummy snack!!

Great service.. Good food...fun atmosphere!

Definitely not the service we've experienced from Darb's in the past. Three waitresses and not even a "be right with you" for a solid 5 minutes. To busy arranging tables for another party that wasn't even there yet. The frying oil was old and nasty tasting too.

The food was great, and the service was fast!

I have eaten here three times in the past two months (approx.) because I get a discount from my employer. The first time it was pretty good. The second time was not as good as the first. The third time my wife and I both got stomach aches from the onion rings. They were very greasy, cooked in old nasty grease and kept me awake all night in the bathroom.The service was good and the drinks were typical.
